- Payment and monitoring of all house services such as telephones, electricity, taxes, insurance, etc…
- Staff payroll and recruitment of full or part time staff needed. Chef, maids, housemen, babysitters, gardeners, etc….
- We have a wide list of qualified providers that we can recommend according to the needs, repairs, maintenance services, replacing or remodeling the property. Making sure our clients get the best service at the minimum price.
- We represent our clients in any governmental requirement and or if necessary recommend legal counsel for them.
Personalized supervision:
- Frequent visits to the properties while owners are away.
- Check staff in general, punctuality, efficiency, honesty, and responsibility.
- Detailed inspections of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms etc… Reporting malfunctions, damages or anything that may need to be done, ( painting, changing, adding or renewing).
- Detailed inspections are done to roofs, gardens, machine rooms, surrounding grounds, storage rooms and every other corner of the property. Maintenance services are programmed to all property equipments to avoid malfunction.
- Supply purchases in general. (Cleaning, pool chemicals, plants, linens, glasses, appliances, electronis’s or any other item the property might require).
- Linens, silverware, dishware and all decorations in general are inventoried to keep control of things that might disappear.
Reports:
- Middle of the month reports are emailed or faxed to our clients with a brief update of the conditions of their properties, jobs done, staff performance and pending matters. Along with a copy of their Account Statement.
- At the end of the month we mail out a complete detailed Account Statement that will include all original bills and receipts of expenses done during the month. At the same time we email or fax a complete report of all matters.
- Immediate report, with a phone call or email if any urgent matter might occur in the property that requires fast solution and authorization, attaching photos for your visualization.
